Important Update: Change of Payment Provider

We want to inform you about an important change that affects all of our paid customers. We have switched to a new payment provider. This change will improve billing reliability, provide better global coverage, and strengthen security for all transactions.

What this means for existing customers

Because subscriptions cannot be migrated automatically, all existing customers are required to re-create their subscriptions in the new system. Without this action, your current subscription will not renew and Pixo Premium features will expire.

What you need to do

  1. Log in to the control panel.
  2. If you see a warning message at the top, then your subscription is about to expire within 30 days
  3. Click on the link(s) and follow the instructions to create a new subscription.

The process is straightforward and only takes a few minutes. Your account data, projects, and settings remain unchanged — only the billing provider is affected.

Deadline to act

Please complete the subscription update before your current subscription expires to ensure uninterrupted access to our Premium services.
